The conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of food, beverages, non-food and catering-related products & services. UAntwerpen wishes to conclude an agreement for Komida and Konventa. 1) Komida, the student restaurants of UAntwerpen, distributed across the 4 campuses, the Antwerp Management School and the Higher Nautical School, consisting of hot kitchens and cafeterias where staff (+/-5,000) and students (+/- 20,000) can purchase a balanced, sustainable, and qualitative meal, snack or drink at a democratic price. For Komida, we are looking for suppliers for lots 1 to 8. 2) Konventa takes care of all events, ranging from meetings to conferences. This with a customised offer for the client, ranging from simple coffee deliveries at our 3 fixed conference locations and the University Club, but also distributed across all other buildings of UAntwerpen for a very broad audience. Konventa is looking for a collaboration for lots 2 to 5 and 7 to 8. With our services, we always want to be able to respond to the latest food trends and innovations adapted to our 2 different target groups where sustainability and quality play an important role.
