Project Description

At the Realschule Peißenberg, an ageing interim building is to be demolished. The resulting gaps and the additional space required due to increased student numbers will be created through an extension. The Realschule Peißenberg is located on a school campus together with the Josef-Zerhoch-Grundschule and the Josef-Zerhoch-Mittelschule. The latter two schools are owned by the Marktgemeinde Peißenberg. Adjacent to the schools are the Wörth-Turnhalle, the Glückauf-Sporthalle, the sports facilities of the TSV Peißenberg and the ice rink. The Realschule Peißenberg consists of three interconnected building sections A, B and C, dating from 1950 to 1997. In recent years, some specialist rooms in sections A, B and C have been renovated, and fire protection measures have been carried out, including the installation of fire protection ceilings and doors. As part of Phase 0, workshops were held with representatives of the budget holder and teaching staff to develop an educational concept. The result is a desire for a modern teaching format as a learning landscape, with cluster solutions in varying configurations for grades 5 to 8 and 9 to 10. Not only does the Landkreis-Realschule have a space requirement, but so does the Mittelschule of the Marktgemeinde. In Phase 0, it was worked out as a solution that the four missing classrooms (equivalent to one cluster/learning house) will be integrated into the extension of the Realschule. The construction work must be carried out while the school is in operation. Based on cost indicators, construction costs of approximately 8.9 million € gross (cost groups 300+400, DIN 276) plus costs for temporary structures and relocations are currently anticipated. The (preliminary) key milestones for implementation are planned as follows:

- Start of basic survey: early December 2026

- Start of construction: latest 1st quarter 2028

- Completion/commissioning: latest early 2029

It is intended to award the following services step by step with this tender:

Services of structural design, phases 1-6 according to §§ 51 ff. HOAI. Initially, phases 1 and 2 according to § 51 HOAI will be awarded in the 1st award stage. The further phases of service (here: phases 3-6) will be called up step by step. There is no entitlement to a total order.
