Hässleholms kommun, the Adult Education Department, is procuring distance courses for adults at the upper secondary level. The estimated annual value is approximately 2,5 million for the participating municipalities. The participating municipalities are Hässleholms kommun, Kristianstads kommun, Osby kommun, Östra Göinge kommun, Höörs kommun, Hörbys kommun and Bromöllas Kommun, with Hässleholms kommun as the lead authority.
