King Willem III Barracks is the National Training and Knowledge Centre of the Royal Military Constabulary (KMAR) of the Ministry of Defence. Additionally, a part of the CLAS is housed in the south-eastern part of the KW3. Two sub-projects still need to be realised: sub-project K (redevelopment of the site) and sub-project M (security provisions). This tender concerns the works of sub-project K. The redevelopment of the site, the underground infrastructure and the replacement of cables and (water) pipes. Area: approximately 47,500m2 above ground level.
