The present contract concerns the extension of the Maison des Cultures et de la Cohésion Sociale (MCCS) housing several social, cultural and sports facilities. The contract provides for: • The demolition of the three front-of-street houses and their annexes and the partial demolition of the former mechanics workshops of the Serge Creuz atheneum; • The construction of a new front-of-street volume with a carriage passage, the construction of an intermediate circulation volume and the renovation of part of the existing workshops; • The landscaping of a new vegetated courtyard in place of part of the demolished workshops with access for emergency vehicles; • The partial landscaping and greening of the existing courtyard.
