Dataport is awarding a framework agreement for the supply of client computer hardware and accessories for IT workplace equipment. The subject of the service is a supply service. The service "workplace equipment" is provided by a Dataport service provider, the so-called Multi-Supplier Integrator (MLI). An Operation Level Agreement (OLA) is to be concluded with the MLI, which includes the delivery and procurement of hardware via the MLI. The contract period begins with the award, but not earlier than 01.01.2027 and has a duration of 4 years. The award procedure is carried out by Dataport to cover its own and customers' requirements. The maximum value to be indicated in the EU notice for framework agreements is 150% of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework contract up to a maximum of 150% of the total tender sum.
