The SUP’RESEAU school, the oldest school in the SNCF group, trains 18 managers internally each year; the future heads of SNCF RESEAU establishments. SUP’RESEAU is responsible for designing, running and overseeing the skills development programme for these SNCF Réseau managers. To do this, the school relies on the expertise of a service provider to: - create and then implement 85% of the training modules, ensuring their organisational and pedagogical coherence with those under the responsibility of SUP’RESEAU (around 15% of the overall programme), - define the methods for evaluating the modules and for overall certification, - provide pedagogical supervision for the end-of-study internships, - participate in the key events of each intake (national selection jury, oral presentations of the intakes, diploma award ceremonies).
