Germany – Software-related services – Bereitstellung, Implementierungsbegleitung und Betrieb einer E-Rechnungslösung

EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG intends to procure an e-invoicing solution for the creation, processing, transmission and management of electronic invoices for multiple clients. The scope of services includes all functional and technical features required for the lawful receipt, processing, dispatch and archiving of electronic invoices. The services include the implementation of the e-invoicing solution, including necessary migration, consulting, training and support services, as well as the subsequent operation of the required system components. The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for the provision, implementation and operation of the e-invoicing solution for the period from 01.04.2027 to 31.05.2032. Full-scale productive operation for the first two clients is scheduled for 07.02.2028. Subsequently, further clients will be connected successively as part of a phased rollout concept.
