France – Vocational training services – Prestations de formation et d'accompagnement dans le cadre de Préparations Opérationnelles à l'Emploi Collectives (POEC) - Régions Bretagne, Antilles Guyane et Nomandie

The consultation is conducted as an accelerated procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2123-1-2°, R.2123-1-3°, R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code. The public contract resulting from this consultation constitutes a single-award framework agreement setting out all contractual provisions and executed as orders are issued, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, each lot is awarded: with no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 740,000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for its total duration (including renewals). The present public contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of twelve months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for further periods of 12 months. The ideal start dates for the first POEC are specified in the technical annexes to the CCP. The estimated notification date of the public contract is 22 October 2026.
