Engineering services for the technical building equipment for the heritage-listed renovation of the Kastanienbaum Primary School at Gipsstraße 23a, 10119 Berlin are to be awarded. The renovation includes measures in the school building, including basement rooms, sanitary facilities and the canteen. The subject of the services for specialist planning for technical equipment in buildings is the conversion and refurbishment of structural installations. Phases 1 to 3 of the services have already been completed. The scope of services for Technical Equipment (Section 55 HOAI) for plant groups 1-5 is to be newly procured for phases 5 to 8. The BPU/design planning serves as the basis for further planning.
