Within DUO, a program has been initiated to further demonstrate control over the area of credential and identity management. This is to mitigate the risk of misuse and to comply with legislation and regulations (BIO2, NIS2.0, AVG). This will make an important contribution to the ambition to be demonstrably compliant in the field of IAM. The tools and services used within DUO for Secret Management (SeM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) are insufficient to be demonstrably compliant. It is expected that with this tender, new and modern tools will be procured that can achieve this, and that possible improvements can be implemented and/or processes can be automated or simplified.
