Finland – Non-scheduled passenger transport – Tilausajojen hankinta

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) invites tenders for the procurement of Charter Services. Charter Services refer to regular, scheduled, and pre-agreed round trips that may go anywhere in mainland Finland. The contract does not include car services, but only charter services performed with M2- and M3-class buses. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas. Sub-area 1: School and daycare trip services Sub-area 2: Swimming hall and alternative school services Sub-area 3: Event services and other services The Bidder may submit a tender and be selected for one or more sub-areas. The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. In Sub-area 1, the Contracting Authority will select ten (10) suppliers for the framework agreement based on the competitive dialogue. In Sub-area 2 and Sub-area 3, the Contracting Authority will select five (5) suppliers for each sub-area for the framework agreement based on the competitive dialogue. The Contracting Authority will select a supplier for each charter service during the contract period with an internal simplified competitive dialogue within the framework agreement. The estimated total value of the procurement excluding VAT is 5,000,000 euros.
