Creation of a dynamic procurement system for the procurement of products, equipment and devices required for cleaning and hygiene tasks (BKV Zrt. TD-147/26)

Main product types: Cleaning and polishing products (e.g. general cleaning agents, degreasers), Antiseptics and disinfectants (e.g. disinfectants), Various types of brooms and brushes, brushes and other items (e.g. brooms, brushes, scourers), Textile products (e.g. microfibre cloths, cleaning cloths, wiping cloths), Household appliances (e.g. vacuum cleaners, washing machines), Various cleaning machines (e.g. industrial vacuum cleaners, high-pressure washers), Polyethylene waste collection bags and sacks (e.g. waste collection bags)

Planned quantity for the entire period (48 months): Based on the concrete needs arising during operation, the planned quantity is 147,776 units (depending on the packaging unit of the product, this can be litres, kg, rolls, packs, cartons, boxes, pieces, or other units). The specified quantity was determined based on previous usage experience, known as the experience-based quantity, and the quantity procured may deviate from this experiential data.

The maximum expected value of the individual contracts to be awarded under the DBR is 15 million HUF. The expected duration of the individual procurements is 3 months.

The Contracting Authority will, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, provide the economic operators participating in the DBR with the detailed technical specifications and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to determine, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders, a submittal opportunity for the specific procurement needs set out in the call for tenders – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements – in accordance with Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority may, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, ensure that tenders are submitted in parts during the tendering phases, when implementing the specific procurements.
