Call for candidates for an architect mission. Renovation, transformation and energy refurbishment of a housing block in the protected sector comprising 5 houses dating back to approximately the 1940s. The buildings in question are located in the protected sector of the City of Luxembourg and have an approximate area of 1,360 m2. The houses will be reassigned as small housing units for people in need. The mission includes the energy refurbishment of the thermal envelope, while respecting the architectural qualities of the built heritage. This will be a medium-sized project, the exact number of units to be defined following more in-depth studies. (Affordable/ innovative typologies)
