Belgium – Animal products, meat and meat products – Levering van charcuterie en salades, vers vlees, gevogelte en bereidingen

The contract involves at least weekly delivery and, if possible, two or more times per week per location, with possible fast deliveries in case of stock breaks, and this in all locations of MKL. This contract concerns the delivery of the following product groups to the facilities of MKL vzw: charcuterie and salads, fresh meat, poultry and preparations. The contracting party must be able to deliver all of the above product groups. The duration of this framework agreement is set for a period of 2 years and can be renewed silently 2 times for 1 year. The contract starts on 1 January 2027. MKL vzw spends approximately €200,000 excluding VAT annually on these products. The objective of this contract is to find a partner, for the aforementioned product categories, with whom we can order at a good price/quality ratio (without guaranteeing exclusivity), with continuous support in terms of choices to optimize the products to be used. Delivery locations: The products must be able to be delivered daily (5 out of 7) to approximately 4 locations in the province of Antwerp.
