The present contract concerns the Application Maintenance (TMA) of existing and future applications: - of the RNR (National Register of Refusals) IS: POPP, Questionnaires and the RNR website. - of the Vigilance IS: HORUS, AmpVigie and Biovigie. It should be noted that the AmpVigie and Biovigie applications will not be subject to developments to add functionalities. The objective will be to keep them in operational condition. To this end, if developments are necessary, they will be carried out. The purpose of the present contract is threefold: • To ensure the maintenance of existing and future applications, as well as their developments or overhaul, in good working order, • To develop new applications in project mode, • To support the French Biomedicine Agency in the implementation of its solutions through the expertise of the contractor (for example, optimization of the architecture, assistance with testing).
