Part 2 of this framework method `Conservation works for steel bridges' concerns a national procedure for the business units within ProRail. The methodology is briefly outlined in the enclosed letter, including annexes. The request for the frameworks will be made at European level so that the projects under the frameworks can be used for cross-border interest. See the enclosed documents.
