The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with a number of service providers per lot in the field of procurement services and contract and supplier management. The contract consists of three lots: Lot 1: Operational and tactical procurement services; Lot 2: Strategic and specialist procurement (advice) services; Lot 3: Contract and supplier management. More information about the above three main sections can be found in paragraph 2.1.4 of the descriptive document. The framework agreements will be concluded for an initial period of 24 months. After the initial period, the contracting authority has the possibility to extend the Framework Agreements twice tacitly, with a maximum of 12 months each time. Maximum value € 430,000,000.
