The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment, accessories and related components for the Centre for Professional Education and Training (hereinafter referred to as "COVP") - Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering, Hálova 16, Bratislava – Petržalka, under the management of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region. The subject of the contract also includes necessary related services, namely transport, delivery, unloading, removal and placement of goods at the place of performance according to the requirements of the buyer, basic connection, installation, configuration, activation and commissioning of the equipment, if necessary in view of the nature of the goods supplied. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of a warranty for the delivered goods, the delivery of the relevant accompanying documentation, user manuals, technical sheets, warranty documents, certificates, declarations of conformity, licence documents, activation data or other documents, if relevant to the delivered goods, as well as basic training of the authorised persons of the buyer in the use of the delivered equipment, if the nature of the goods requires it.
