The secondary school in Schwaförden is currently divided between the locations Schwaförden and Ehrenburg, but is to be consolidated at the Schwaförden location. As part of this, the school building with sports hall in Schwaförden, with approximately 3,500m², is to be renovated and extended by approximately 3,300m² to meet the additional space requirements. A building section from 1952 is to be demolished. The secondary school Schwaförden consists of three building sections: - the old building from 1952 with four classrooms, which appears structurally, energetically, and technically dilapidated, - the intermediate building from 1972, a single-storey building section with a teachers' room, administration, kiosk, student toilets, a break hall and a music subject classroom (FUR), which has a solid structural substance but needs to be renovated energetically and technically, - the new building from 1995, a two-storey building section, with eight general classrooms (AUR), a group room and an IT subject classroom (FUR), which has a solid structural substance but also needs to be renovated energetically and technically, and - the sports hall from 1975 (one and a half courts), which, like the intermediate building, needs to be renovated, particularly energetically and technically. As part of the subsequent tender phase, a design and functional concept for a sensible use of the rooms in the existing building and an attractive extension building is to be developed as a solution proposal, which functionally connects the existing building and the extension to form a school and meets modern educational requirements. The works are to be carried out in construction sections during ongoing operations. The total investment volume for the construction measure is 19.4 million EUR (of which approximately 13.0 million EUR gross is allocated to cost groups 200, 300 and 400). The services of the building design according to § 34 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1-9 and the services of the structural design according to § 51 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1-6, which are to be offered as a general planning service, are tendered. It is assumed that planning services can be started immediately after the order is placed.
