Poland – Limestone – Ustanowienie Dynamicznego Systemu Zakupów dotyczącego dostaw sorbentów wapiennych w kategorii: mączka kamienia wapiennego do PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of limestone flour to the production units of PGE GiEK S.A. as described in the Appendices to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract, which are Appendices to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority, have a preliminary character, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Execution Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of the given Execution Contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor, as part of the Execution Proceedings.
