The subject of the current public procurement is the "supply of goods" as defined in Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the current procurement is the purchase of medical equipment - Digital Radiographic X-ray Apparatus - 1 unit. The requirements for the medical equipment, subject of the public procurement, are detailed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 to the documentation, where the mandatory minimum working characteristics and functional requirements that the apparatus must meet are indicated. The subject of the procurement also includes the performance of the following activities:

• Preparation of a technical/radiation protection design of the premises for the placement of the medical equipment for imaging diagnostics in parts: Technological, Electrical, Radiation Protection (if applicable);

• Preparation of the premises for the placement of the medical equipment and dismantling of the existing X-ray apparatus;

• Delivery of the medical equipment, in accordance with the technical specification;

• Preparation of documents and assistance to the contractor for the legalization of the project before the National Centre for Radiobiology and Radiation Protection (NCRRP) and the Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA) for obtaining a license for the installation and operation of the apparatus;

• Installation, commissioning, pre-testing according to the manufacturer's norms of the delivered X-ray apparatus;

• On-site training of personnel for working with the delivered equipment;

• Warranty maintenance/service of the medical equipment.
