The Meurthe-et-Moselle Local Public Service Management Centre, represented by its President, is conducting this consultation to subscribe to insurance contracts covering the financial risks related to the statutory social protection of the staff of local authorities, public institutions of the department and for itself, in accordance with the general code of the public service (Article 26 of Law No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the Local Public Service) or previous texts of the code not yet codified and Decree No. 86-552 of 14 March 1986. Adherence to these contracts is proposed to local authorities and public institutions affiliated and non-affiliated with the Management Centre. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of four (4) years.
