The subject of the contract is the comprehensive preparation and organisation of the XVII edition of the Małopolska Voivodeship Economic Award 2026 gala. The gala will be held in the Małopolska Voivodeship in a location indicated by the Contracting Authority. The gala is to be a solemn conclusion of the XVII edition of the Małopolska Voivodeship Economic Award 2026.

2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract.

3. The terms of contract performance are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).

4. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the property rights to the materials created as part of the contract performance, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template.

5. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing tasks within the scope of contract performance, involving work performed as specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.
