The companies of the Vivantes group intend to conclude contracts for the audit of their annual financial statements - extended to include the audit pursuant to § 53 HGrG and, in the case of the parent company Vivantes - Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH (hereinafter: "Vivantes") and the subsidiary BBG Berliner Bildungscampus für Gesundheitsberufe gGmbH, also to include the audit of the remuneration of the management board, the supervisory board and the senior executives, including the use of part of the remuneration of the management board for pension provision and compliance with tax and social security law provisions in the settlement of the management board with separate reporting - and, only in the case of Vivantes, also the consolidated financial statements according to §§ 316 ff. HGB as of the balance sheet date of 31 December 2027.
