The policy shall aim to protect, in the terms and to the extent established in the Technical Specifications, the administrators, directors and other insured persons against the liabilities that may arise from claims made against them for acts, errors or omissions committed in the performance of their duties or functions. Furthermore, the policy may cover the Society itself in the cases and within the limits that are established in the Technical Specifications and in the conditions of the policy.
