Germany – Engineering services – Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grund- und Mittelschule, Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses, sowie Errichtung einer BRK-Rettungswache in Georgensgmünd - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung nach Teil 4, Abschnitt 2 HOAI 2021, ALG 1 bis 8 LPh. 1-9

The municipality of Georgensgmünd plans to expand and renovate the existing primary and secondary school, build a new fire station, and construct a new BRK rescue station. It is intended to implement these projects on plots of land along Wiesenstraße and Petersgmünder Straße, which are all in direct spatial connection or close proximity to each other, with a probable adaptation of the existing road alignments. The construction of the fire station is to be carried out on a plot of land opposite the school. Due to the slope, a two-story design for the fire station building is advisable. The school expansion is to be implemented on the existing school grounds. The aim of implementing the two projects is to achieve as many synergies and optimizations as possible in terms of costs and deadlines through joint planning and well-thought-out implementation. For example, the space programs of the two buildings are to be partially overlaid to minimize the new areas to be built, and the timing of the two projects is to be coordinated so that interim areas in containers can be avoided. The projects are funded with different public funds. Coordination of the intended joint tendering of the two projects has been carried out with the funding bodies. The subject of the tender is the services of the Technical Building Equipment according to part 4, section 2 HOAI 2021, ALG 1 to 8 LPh. 1-9, with a phased tendering process.
