Romania – Medical gases – Acord cadru furnizare oxigen medicinal

The contracting authority intends to acquire liquid medicinal oxygen and medicinal oxygen in pressurized cylinders, which belong to the category of medicinal products with a purity of at least 99.5%. As they belong to the category of medicinal products, they must have the market authorization issued by the ANM. Delivery will be made with cryogenic transport means that meet the conditions for circulation on public roads and storage will be in special warehouses equipped with a vaporization system for converting it into gaseous oxygen for the liquid oxygen and in pressurized cylinders for the gaseous oxygen.

- Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18

- The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
