The project insurance concerns a shared total contract for a new criminal detention facility in Kalmar, security class 2. The facility shall accommodate 432 places for detainees, of which 40 places can be converted to remand places (joint detention). The facility is estimated to be approximately 60,000 square meters, BTA. Site size approximately 26 hectares.
