Romania – Buildings of particular historical or architectural interest – Executia lucrarilor pentru ”Reabilitarea, restaurarea şi consolidarea clădirii Casa Naţională Stroe Belloescu, azi Biblioteca Municipală Bârlad”

On 18.03.2026, Contract of Financing No. 931 was signed with the North-East Regional Development Agency for the implementation of the project "Promotion of the Cultural and Historical Heritage of Bârlad Municipality", financed under the North-East 2021-2027 PR, Priority 7 North-East - A More Attractive Region, Specific Objective: Promotion of integrated and inclusive development in the social, economic and environmental fields, as well as in the fields of culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security in urban areas, within the Call “PR/NE/2025/7/RSO5.1/1/Municipii” with the following investment objectives:  Rehabilitation, restoration and consolidation of the building “Casa Naţională Stroe Belloescu” now the Bârlad Municipal Library;  Central area arrangement;  Digitalization of tourist attractions. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification/information requests regarding the award documentation, submitted within the specified period at Section I.3 (16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders), within a consolidated response, posted in SEAP, 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
