The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a service provider for the physical processing and dispatch of business documents. The service includes, in particular, the receipt and processing of print data, print production, envelope stuffing, insert management, franking, postage optimisation, sorting, and handover to courier services. Additionally, the service includes the provision of status information, evidence, reporting, and billing data. The service is provided on an order-specific, client-specific basis, and in compliance with defined service times and quality requirements.
