Belgium – Construction work for steel bridges – Uitvoeren van het project "Renovatie Lillobrug"

The contract constitutes a procurement for the execution of the project “Renovation of the Lillobrug”, in which the design and design details will be developed into an “Execution Design” within a design team formula. The present contract consists of 1 fixed part and 1 conditional part (in the sense of article 135 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement): - fixed part: Design team phase (incl. any preliminary site investigations) - conditional part: Construction phase If the design team phase is successfully completed - i.e. if all three parties unanimously agree (cf. the modalities included in the design team agreement) with the execution design and the construction cost remains within the maximum budget (including the received foreseen subsidies) - the Port of Antwerp-Bruges will decide within 60 days after completion of the design team phase to proceed with the ordering of the conditional part (the construction phase). In the absence of the ordering of the construction phase within the stipulated term, the Port of Antwerp-Bruges is deemed to waive the execution of the construction phase.
