Estonia – Desktop computer – Lauaarvutite ja monitoride ostmine ja rentimine raamlepinguga (minikonkursid)

The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase and/or rental of desktop computers and/or monitors, together with software licenses, accessories and components. The public procurement is organised as a mandatory central procurement pursuant to the Estonian Government's order No 119 of 14.04.2022. The framework agreement will be extended to all state institutions mentioned in the order and to joint procurers who have joined the procurement on the basis of a power of attorney. The estimated value has been set with a certain margin, so that possible future needs will fit within the estimated value of the framework agreement. According to the practice of the European Court of Justice, the framework agreement shall be deemed to have expired when the set estimated value threshold has been met. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification criteria: See the procurement documents.
