In the course of the new construction measure of the Leibniz University Hannover, the first construction phase of the Institute Building 3704 "Digital Innovation Campus" with a gross floor area of approximately 4,600 m2 will be constructed. The building is to be expanded at a later date by a second construction phase (of approximately 2,300 m2 GFA). The property is located in the Nordstadt district, in the university area of Schneiderberg. The construction site is located within a property of the Leibniz University Hannover. The southern boundary is formed by the Appelstraße, the eastern by the Schneiderberg. To the north of the property is residential development, to the west the Neue Friedhof St. Nikolai. The tender documents relate exclusively to the first construction phase. The construction of the second construction phase will be carried out in a separate measure.
