1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 8 lots. The offer may cover the entire contract or selected lots. The contracting authority allows offers to be submitted for selected items within Lots no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex no. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Price Form (quantitative-assortment specification). 3. The contracting authority allows the offer of products in different unit packaging than indicated in the Price Form, provided that the total number of units of the drug is not less than required by the contracting authority. If the total number of units of the drug is not divisible by the size of the new packaging, the Contractor is obliged to round up the number of packages to a full package. The contracting authority will pay for full packages, and the price for the entire contract will be recalculated accordingly. 4. We allow the exchange of tablets for capsules and vice versa, while maintaining the route of administration and the site of action. 5. The Contractor is obliged to send an email with the information about the result of the procedure, before signing the contract, the file Annex no. 1 in the OFE format compatible with the pharmacy module in the program possessed by the contracting authority. 6. The main subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33600000-6 pharmaceutical products 7. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for: 9.1. additional orders, 9.2. framework agreement, 9.3. use of electronic auction, 9.4. establishment of a dynamic purchasing system. 9.5. granting advances on the performance of the contract 10. The contracting authority provides for the use of the option right in the case of additional orders.
