The subject of the public procurement is "supply of goods, carried out through purchase" in accordance with the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and concerns the conclusion of a contract for the supply and purchase of metal frames for rectangular cable duct covers in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority. Pursuant to Article 104(2) of the PPA, the commission will first evaluate the technical and price offers of the participants, and then check the compliance of their documents with the selection criteria. The order and sequence of these actions will follow the provisions of Article 61 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (RIPPA). Any interested party may submit an offer provided that it meets the requirements of the PPA, the Rules for the Implementation of the PPA (RIPPA) and the requirements of the contracting authority, as specified in the notice and the participation documentation. The subject of the procurement includes forecast quantities for the contract period of 24 (twenty-four) months, as follows: Metal frame for one rectangular cable duct cover 925/625 mm / Metal frame for one cover, 925x625 mm - 1 000 units. Metal frame for two rectangular cable duct covers 925/1225 mm / Metal frame for two covers, 925x1225 mm - 6 000 units. Metal frame for three rectangular cable duct covers 925/1830 mm / Metal frame for three covers, 925x1830 mm - 3 000 units.
