Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – „Абонамент и сервизно обслужване на медицинска апаратура за нуждите на СБАЛО „Свети Мина“ ЕООД, град Благоевград“ по обособени позиции

The public procurement contract concerns the selection of a contractor to provide the service of "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Medical Equipment for the needs of SBALO "St. Mina" EOOD, Blagoevgrad, with a view to concluding a contract, under the conditions and in accordance with the procedure of the Public Procurement Act, and in accordance with the conditions of the participation documentation. The specified equipment, included in the respective separate position, requires subscription and maintenance service, in accordance with the technical specification. A contractor who has concluded a contract for subscription and maintenance service has the following obligations, in particular: Subscription out-of-warranty service to perform mandatory preventive maintenance of the respective equipment twice a year (once every 6 months), at their own expense or more frequently, if required by the manufacturer's instructions. The preventive maintenance should be carried out in scope and extent in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and the applicable provisions for quality and safe operation of the medical equipment. Maintenance out-of-warranty service to perform an unlimited number of visits upon call for diagnosing any fault(s) and repairing the medical equipment; checks on the operability of each and every device every two months; carrying out repairs with replacement by new, original, non-recycled spare parts, if necessary; carrying out adjustments, calibrations, tests and software upgrades on the medical equipment (on the medical equipment for which this is necessary and applicable). A contractor who has concluded a contract for subscription/maintenance support of X-ray equipment is obliged to carry out a technical inspection of the X-ray equipment at their own expense once every 6 months and to issue protocols from the technical inspections. The warranty period for repair/maintenance cannot be less than 3 (three) months from the date of the protocol for the completed repair/maintenance. The warranty period for the spare parts used cannot be less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of the protocol for the completed repair/maintenance.​​​​​ The present public procurement is divided into the following separate positions: Separate Position No. 1 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Computer Tomograph Somatom Definition"; Separate Position No. 2 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for X-ray and Mammography Equipment"; Separate Position No. 3 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for X-ray Equipment Luminos Impulse"; Separate Position No. 4 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Deep X-ray Therapy X-ray Device, model M-160-Womed, with built-in source of ionizing radiation"; Separate Position No. 5 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Clinical Laboratory Equipment"; Separate Position No. 6 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Clinical Pathology Equipment"; Separate Position No. 7 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Anesthesiology Equipment"; Separate Position No. 8 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Medical Equipment for Laparoscopic Surgery"; as separate positions, as follows: Separate Position No. 9 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Laminar Box for Cytostatics"; Separate Position No. 10 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for General Medical Equipment"; Separate Position No. 11 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Ultrasound Equipment"; Separate Position No. 12 "Subscription and Maintenance Service for Sterilization Equipment". These are assigned in accordance with the procedure, valid for their individual value, namely Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA, in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA.
