The procurement covers the functions and structures required for civil conscripts in the electricity supply to be received, linked to relevant activities within the electricity supply, and to maintain their capability over time. The application requires that the Supplier operates electricity grid activities with support from an own network concession issued by the Energy Market Inspectorate within the geographical area to which the procurement relates.
