This consultation concerns the maintenance and upkeep of natural smoke extraction systems and fire doors in various buildings of the City of Épernay, Épernay Agglo Champagne, the Social Action Centre of Épernay and the municipalities of Moussy, Plivot and Vert-Toulon. This consultation is initiated following the non-renewal of Lot No. 2 "Natural Smoke Extraction Systems" and Lot No. 5 "Fire Doors" of the Framework Agreement 2025-46EP MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT. In accordance with Article L2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code, a purchasing group consisting of the City of Épernay, the Community of Agglomeration Épernay, Coteaux and Plaine de Champagne, the Social Action Centre of Épernay and the municipalities of Plivot, Moussy and Vert-Toulon has been established for the awarding of the present framework agreement. The City of Épernay is designated as the coordinator of the purchasing group. The framework agreement with maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 2 lots. The duration of the framework agreement, the execution period of the purchase orders, as well as any other element essential to their execution are set out in the terms of the Special Administrative Clauses.
