The subject of the procurement is the personnel transport services for pilots working in the Tilaajan pilotage area in Kotka, as defined in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, especially in Annex A Agreement. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is four (4) years. The Buyer has the possibility to extend the contract for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period. See also the contract in Annex A of the invitation to tender, sections 5 and 6. PROCUREMENT SIZE The estimated value of the procurement, including VAT, including the option period, is 950 000 - 1 400 000 euros. The estimation of the value of the procurement, excluding VAT, is complicated by cost fluctuations in the services subject to the procurement due to the geopolitical situation in the world.
