Description

The municipality of Kleinblittersdorf plans the energetic renovation of the sports and recreation hall in Kleinblittersdorf. As part of the renovation measure, the following sub-measures are to be implemented: 1. Dismantling of the old CHP and installation of a new climate-neutral central heating system for the hall (incl. new metering and control technology in addition to a cascade air-source heat pump for heat supply during the transition period and for hot water preparation of the showers. 2. Renewal of the electrical supply (meter cabinet, sub-distribution, cabling) 3. Renovation of the trapezoidal roof (replacement of the wooden supporting structure in some areas, renewal of the roof insulation and plumber's work such as gutters, downpipes + lightning protection system) 4. Renewal of the window elements along the gallery 5. Installation of an exhaust air system with heat recovery in the area of the showers 6. Erection of a shed roof over the changing rooms, showers and ancillary rooms including insulation of the existing flat roof area and installation of roof lights for lighting 7. Erection of a photovoltaic system in the area of the shed roof over the changing rooms with 25kWp module capacity 8. Renovation of the flat roof over the equipment rooms including fall insulation 9. Renewal of the window front along the east side 10. Renovation of the entire hall ceiling using ball impact-resistant sheet metal panels and acoustic overlays 11. Renovation of the emergency power system 12. Renovation of the sheet metal panel ceiling in the foyer as a ball impact-resistant acoustic ceiling including LED lighting 13. Renovation of the escape route doors in the area of corridor, gallery and entrance door to the upper and lower car park 14. Installation of an all-round ETICS (external wall insulation) made of mineral fibre insulation

It is intended to implement the sub-measures in the following construction phases: 1. Construction phase: sub-measures 1-5 2. Construction phase: sub-measures 6-11 3. Construction phase: sub-measures 12-14

The renovation measures are to be completed by the end of Q3 2029.
