Netherlands – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Duurzame revitalisering Bomen- en Struikenbuurt

The reason for this procurement procedure is that the Bomen- en Struikenbuurt neighbourhood is due for a redevelopment. As part of this redevelopment, we will replace the combined sewer system with a separate system, replace all house and drain connections. The paving in the neighbourhood will be replaced, as well as the public lighting and greenery. Below is a summary of the works: - installation of separate sewer system ca. 1,350 m; - replacement of house connections ca. 1,050 m; - installation of hardenings ca. 25,000 m2; - installation of asphalt ca. 150 tonnes; - installation of lighting fixtures ca. 160 units; - installation of trees ca. 70 units;
