France – Engineering services – Mission de maitrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation du PEM de Vic Mireval pour Sète agglopôle méditerranée

The contract includes optional lots defined in the tender specifications. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are settled by lump-sum prices. The contract is for the award of missions of design and supervision of works for the development, as well as various complementary missions, within the framework of the PEM project of VIC - MIREVAL. The program subject to this contract includes, notably: - the creation of a bus service organized around the small square; - the creation of secure spaces dedicated to active modes; - the creation of a greenway, as part of the EuroVélo 8 route, to resolve the existing cyclable discontinuity between the existing cycling facilities on either side of the project; - the development of a drop-off area; - the creation of parking dedicated to motorized two-wheelers; - the creation of a car park of approximately 100 spaces (with possible extension) incorporating the regulatory equipment and associated services (PMR, electric charging stations, etc.); - the implementation of rainwater management devices (retention basin, swales and landscaped ditches). The design and supervision of works must intervene on the following areas. o The design phase will cover a single area ensuring overall coherence for the project (phase AVP / PRO and regulatory authorisations / ACT). - The implementation phase will distinguish scrupulously o the greenway (cycle path + associated hydraulic and landscaping works + bus crossing bays along the avenue) o the PEM (all other developments). The areas are given as an indication and may evolve according to the design of the project.
