The subject of the tender is the delivery, introduction, commissioning, provision, operation and maintenance of a booking system for the distribution of nationwide mobile tickets in public local transport. The booking system must be integrated with the INSA Service Platform of the contracting authority. The booking system must, in particular, support the distribution of cross-tariff boundary connections. It must be possible for a primary customer contract partner to also sell tickets for a secondary customer contract partner in a single sales process. The specialist, technical and accounting processes required for this, including clearing, billing and reporting, must be supported by the booking system. Based on the prior market investigation, NASA GmbH assumes that the booking system is a standard software.
