The objective of the procurement is to arrange the delivery of warehouse products intended for the customer's use in a logistically optimized, cost-effective manner, and in such a way that the arrangement of deliveries causes the customer as little work as possible. The customer's objective is to obtain competitive procurement prices for all construction materials to be procured. Partial or alternative tenders are not allowed. The procurement is not divided into parts, as dividing the procurement into parts would significantly increase uncertainties related to the division of responsibility and the coordination needs of the procurement unit. The customer selects one supplier with whom it concludes a contract. The procurement quantities presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a binding purchase obligation for the customer. The contract does not grant the supplier exclusivity. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The estimated annual requirement for the products is described in Annex 4 of the invitation to tender. The annual value of the procurement is approximately 250 000 euros (VAT 0 %).
