Germany – Installation services of measuring equipment – Messgerätewechsel Wohnungswasserzähler

The enercity Netz GmbH (Contracting Authority) is tendering for services to carry out legally required periodic exchanges of meters and ancillary equipment, as well as day-to-day operations on customer request (AWE - removal, exchange and installation) in the water sector for domestic water. The services include order management, customer communication, defect handling, on-site technical execution, and data capture, provision, and electronic transmission (e.g. meter number, meter reading, photos). The meters will be provided by the Contracting Authority. The aim is to award a contract for the complete service. The planned contract and performance start date is 01.09.2026.
