Denmark – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Genudbud TV-bil med optioner på serviceaftale

The procurement involves the purchase of a new factory-built TV truck. The TV truck will be used by the Contracting Authority for work related to television inspections. The Bidder must provide training in the truck's functions to the Contracting Authority's employee(s). In addition, the Contracting Authority requests options on two service agreements, one for the TV truck and one for the equipment, each valid for 8 years. The Contracting Authority places importance on the delivery of the TV truck as soon as possible. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority places importance on an ergonomic and purposeful design of the TV truck. A more detailed description can be found in the tender conditions, section 7 regarding evaluation of the TV truck, and appendix 2, specification of requirements. In connection with the evaluation, the Bidder must provide a TV truck for user testing. A more detailed description follows from section 7.3 of the tender conditions regarding user testing. The tendered contract includes two options for a service agreement for the TV truck and a service agreement for the equipment for a period of 8 years from the date of entry into force. The Bidder must include descriptions of the service agreements in their bid. The Contracting Authority has described the requirements for the service agreements, including distance requirements, in appendix 2, section 2. The Contracting Authority's estimated value of the contract (TV truck incl. options) is calculated to 3.624.000kr. The contract is awarded to one Bidder. The contract is awarded according to the award criterion of best value for money. It is at all times the Bidder's responsibility to orient themselves and read the complete tender material, as well as the Bidder is encouraged to ensure that the bid is prepared on the basis of the fully valid tender material.
