The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts under Section 130a(8) SGB V for various active substances within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure: By specifying uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude discount contracts under Section 130a(8) SGB V. The earliest contract start date is 01.08.2026. Based on this, the maximum contract duration is 24 months.
