Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Poddębice w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire prevention, timber harvesting and extraction, seedling, nursery and fencing of forest plantations in the Poddębice Forest District in 2027. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire prevention, timber harvesting and extraction, seedling, nursery and fencing of forest plantations, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry activities (activities) and a description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forestry works are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
