The aim of this tender is to continue, renew and strategically develop the existing solution for the procurement, provision and operation of mobile devices for the employees of BLS AG. As part of the tender, a suitable partner is to be evaluated who will support BLS AG in the long term in the supply of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) as well as in supplementary services. This includes, in particular, the provision of a web shop tailored to the needs of BLS, through which employees can obtain devices from the defined BLS mobile device portfolio. The future partner must be able to offer, in addition to the pure hardware supply, additional services that support the entire lifecycle of the mobile devices. These include, among others: * the integration of the devices into the existing management and security infrastructure (e.g. automated device provisioning), * the support of efficient and digitalised ordering and billing processes, * and demand-oriented service and support services. A central aim of the tender is to continue the existing, proven processes and at the same time optimise them in terms of user-friendliness, automation, transparency and cost-effectiveness. In addition, it must be ensured that the solution can react flexibly to future technological developments and changing requirements of BLS.
